DINNER PARTIES

Let us plan your next dinner party, 4 to 20 guests.  Our dinner party service allows you to have a wonderful party without all the work. 

Host supplies all table settings, which may include plates, silverware, glasses and napkins.  Host must supply own drinks. 

Dinners are held on Saturdays or Sundays.  Usually starting at 6pm and last 2 to 3 hours.  Expect the chef to arrive approximately 2 or more hours before service as food will be prepared in the home or on location. 

Pricing for dinner parties will vary but usually starts at $25 per person, and may change due to market conditions of beef and seafood and your final menu. 

Requires 14 day advance scheduling and 50% deposit.   Any cancellation results in forfeiting $100 of deposit.

Events for six or more people will require an additional server at $20 per hour.  Minimum of 3 hours.


Three-Course Dinner Includes: Appetizer, Entree with 2 Sides, Dessert

*Plated or passed hors'douevres may be added for an additional fee*

Make Your Own Sushi!

Chef Daphne will teach your group how to make your own sushi!  A fun way to spend the evening with friends and learn something new.

She will prepare her famous Asian Chicken Wings and Tempura.  Then teach your group how to make their own sushi. 

What are you waiting for?  Gather your 'sushi snobs' and book a party!! 

Prices start at $20 per person, up to 20 people, and depends on the types of sushi you choose and market conditions of seafood.

Appetizer - Entree and Side - Dessert

Whether you have extensive or few cooking skills, I can teach you how to prepare specific dishes, learn certain techniques and even how to prepare a flambe dessert!  

Prices start at $40.00 per person, and may change due to market conditions beef and seafood.

Minimum of 4 people.

We do not prepare food in a commercial kitchen.

Costs may include $20 an hour for each assistant / server, 12-16% service fee and applicable taxes.  Final pricing depends on the specifics of your event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


Cancellation Policy -

Dates for dinner parties and catering are only reserved upon receipt of a deposit.  DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE.  Once reserved, that date will be held exclusively for you, and I will turn down all other requests for that date.  Cancellations of reservations have a huge impact on my business. 

Any cancellation forfeits 50% of the deposit.

Other Considerations -

Please have adequate space available in your kitchen as well as in the refrigerator for food preparation and storage.  Kindly remove any personal items from kitchen workplaces to prevent damage.  Depending on the menu, the appropriate flatware, stemware and china should be available as well.

Liquor Service - 

We do NOT provide alcohol service.  If you wish to have liquor at your event, you must make all the necessary arrangements to do so.  Delishes Dishes Mobile Chef Service, LLC does not have liquor liability insurance.
