Who is Chef Daphne?
After many years in the corporate world, I decided it was time to pursue my love of cooking. I received professional culinary training and here I am! I have always enjoyed cooking for my friends and family but wanted to know more about cooking as a career.
Over the years I have prepared food in private homes, restaurants, hotels, and even on a yacht! This career gives me the opportunity to share my appreciation for great food and make people happy for a living! I am a member of Personal Chefs Cooperative, USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association) and a Certified Food Safety Manager with NRFSP.
In 2008, Delishes Dishes Mobile Chef Service, LLC was launched.
